We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, situated near the beach with stunning views of the surrounding area. The service here was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We were impressed with the car hire and laundry services, making it easy for us to explore the area and keep our clothes fresh. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating and air conditioning to adjust to our preferred temperature. We loved the balcony, which provided a great place to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. The in-room safe gave us peace of mind for storing our valuables. The television and telephone were also a great addition for our convenience.
We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Every aspect of our stay was outstanding, from the excellent service to the quality room amenities.

It lies in a quiet area.
They shoud have a room for visitors to change clouds and take a shower when the plane go late.We had to do it in the reception.The plates for dinner was terrible.

THE pool-area and the drinks at night were ok:
The food was terrible. The dishes very old und messy. The staff (especially the older man) incredibly unfriendly. Nothing was prepared despite we had sent an extra mail!!

Comfortable beds, Very relaxing atmosphere, good bar with branded spirits and self service soft drinks,Limited choice but good quality food,Quite good location,not far to shops & beach.Staff very good.
No dislikes but a bit shabby in some respects,I was told that the hotel will be undergoing refurbishment over the winter so hopefully should be improved.

Cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, staff. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and a nice pool area. The facilities were great, including a fitness center and a spa. The location was convenient, with shops, restaurants, and the beach within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Not obvious to find. It was a bit difficult to find the hotel as the signage was not clear.

The room was large and it had air conditioning as required. I had a quiet room overlooking the gardens.
I noticed that the bath had a dark ring around it indicating that it had not been properly cleaned. It would have been nice to have had a couple more english tv channels. The food was very repetitive, salads lunch and dinner, chips with everything. You would not starve, but 6 days was enough for me. I had a fridge, but it did not work, so was unable to keep water cool in my room. However, for the price I paid I think it was quite good value for money.

Nothing, Everything was absolutely terrible!!
Its Old, its smells terrrible, paint is falling off the walls. The food is absolute trash, the amount of food available in the "restaurant" is enough for 10/15 people, but you will find 70/80 people wrestling for a position in the queues. I Went there twice, thinking the first time was just a bad day, but it was not, and i had all my meals, including breakfast outside this "hotel" Also, this s not a hotel, even if its adverstised as one, its a block of old, smelly and dirty apartments. The Staff was nice, but you could see the sadness in their eyes, for working in such a terrible place. Its is the worst piece of #&%$ i ever stayed in my life. Stay away!!!

Decent food selection and comfortable beds. Close proximity to both the beach and town made for easy access. the all-inclusive bar had a good selection of spirits.
The overall conditions of the hotel were very basic and in need of updates. the loud and rowdy behavior of some of the guests made for an unpleasant experience.
